From Compassion
To Community Impact.
UDAAN Relief & Welfare Foundation was established on 11 March 2026 by Mohammad Rafi (Raja Rafi), born from witnessing the daily struggles of vulnerable communities who lacked access to education, healthcare, and basic dignity. The foundation was created to turn compassion into structured, sustained action.
Today, UDAAN works alongside local communities to deliver education support, healthcare camps, food relief, shelter assistance, and emergency humanitarian aid. Every program is designed to meet real needs with respect, transparency, and genuine care for those who need it most.
Our long-term mission is to build a self-reliant society where every individual lives with dignity, equality, and opportunity. Through twelve focused programs and the dedication of volunteers and partners, we are building lasting change—one family, one community, and one act of service at a time.

Mohammad Rafi, popularly known as Raja Rafi, is a dedicated humanitarian and community leader from Budgam, Jammu & Kashmir. For over eight years, he has served vulnerable communities through education, humanitarian relief, youth empowerment, healthcare awareness, and community welfare initiatives.
In 2026, he founded the UDAAN Relief & Welfare Foundation (URWF) with a vision of dignity, equality, and sustainable development. Under his leadership, UDAAN continues uplifting communities across Jammu & Kashmir through impactful welfare programs.
